From I-80, take exit #104. Go south past Casey's convenience store to the 4-way stop. Turn east (left) at the 4-way stop and proceed until the blacktop turns to gravel. Stay on the gravel for one-quarter mile. It's the first place on the south (right) side of the road. There's a two-story white barn with brown metal roof and white house.

Notes
$175.00 USD per night. Iowa charges a 5% state hotel / motel tax on lodging stays under 31 nights, plus a local hotel / motel tax of up to 7% at the city level. Since we're located west of the Des Moines metro area, our local hotel / motel tax rate is 2%. For example, one night stay is $175.00 plus $8.87 (5% state hotel / motel tax) plus $3.50 local hotel / motel tax for a total of: $187.25.
